Built-Up Roofing Systems

Multi-ply roofing systems use either hot asphalt or cold applied adhesive. We provide cold and hot applied built-up and modified bitumen roofing systems. Our systems are manufactured by Firestone, Tremco, The Garland Company, and Soprema.

EPDM Roofing and Single Ply

We implement and install fully-adhered or mechanically-attached EPDM roof systems. Our systems are manufactured by Firestone and Versico.

TPO Roofing Systems

We provide fully-adhered and mechanically-attached options. These systems provide cost savings due to the reflective qualities of the materials. This will save you energy and money.

Tapered Insulation Systems

We provide slope and contour to your roof in order to facilitate positive drainage.

Complete Tear-Offs

We will remove all the existing roofing and insulation, examine the condition of the deck, replace and remedy deteriorated substrate as needed, and install new insulation and roof system.

Recover Roof Systems

We perform infrared scans, identify and replace any deteriorated or wet materials, and then overlay the existing roof system with a new insulated roof system.
